Hello friends! Summer has been flying by! That’s a good thing though because it means we are having a ton of fun and there are so many good things in store. I have not been as active on the blog as I would like to be but spending less time blogging is giving me a chance to re-evaluate the content that I am providing for you on the blog and how I can continue to improve upon it to give you more! I am also going to be spending some time tweaking the content that I provide for you through social media by sharing more of my own adventures in sports and healthy eating and also sharing much of the content that I love from other incredible healthy living and endurance sports bloggers.
What do you want to see more of on www.organicrunnermom.com?
We have some changes in the year ahead in our personal life as well. We will be spending much more time in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire. I am so excited about this for our family, for the opportunities for our kids and also because there are so many cool fitness related opportunities here for me! I may be able to get my single rowing shell back on the water for the first time in about 10 years! I am hoping to join a running club as well as a triathlon club that my friend Olivia (and fellow Team Smashfest Queen Teammate) says is new in the area. There are many new trails to explore and run on here. The trail running, road running and mountain running scene is very active. I am so excited to meet more like-minded crazy endurance sports junkies like myself to continue with my crazy training and racing adventures!
As we open a new chapter in our life I am considering what if any changes I want to make for myself. I want to devote more time to my blog. I am contemplating getting certified as a Personal trainer and/or running coach. I would like to revisit the idea of Health Coaching and/or Life Coaching. Life is an evolving adventure and there is always time to make new changes and to try new things. Our big move is a huge change for me. Change is hard for me to embrace but for this next chapter I have opened myself up to making changes and it is actually very freeing.
Thank you for listening to my ramblings today and until next time happy running and adventuring!
