Virtual Rise. Run. Retreat.

Looking for another running experience for while you are home during the Coronavirus stay at home order? Check out the Virtual Rise. Run. Retreat. This is an awesome Virtual Running Retreat experience put on by founder Sarah Canney. The virtual retreat experience takes place over a weekend. The next virtual retreat runs from April 24-26 and you can participate from anywhere in the world. This retreat will bring you great connections with other like-minded women and you will be inspired by the virtual guest speakers that Sarah has lined up for the weekend.

I am the Community Coordinator for Rise. Run. Retreat. so will be popping in during the weekend to facilitate conversation through a series of questions. Here is a sample of what the schedule will consist of during the retreat weekend:
SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Friday
- 8 am Virtual Retreat Starts
- Work through the materials (delivered via email and available online) at your own pace.
- Introduce yourself on our community online platform
- 7 pm EST Sarah LIVE for Opening Ceremony
Saturday
- 8 am EST Sarah LIVE to start the day
- Work through materials at your own pace
- Share your runs in the community group + interact with other group members via FB
- 10 AM EST Live Webinar Q&A with Guest Speaker (webinars are recorded for later viewing)
- 2 PM EST Run Coaching Q+A with Sarah
Sunday
- 8 AM Sarah LIVE to start the day
- Work through materials at your own pace
- 10 AM EST Live Webinar Q&A with Guest Speaker
- 5 PM EST Sarah LIVE for Closing Ceremony
Sarah has organized a great set of speakers for the next retreat. Pro Trail Runner with Nike, Sally McRae and Confidence Coach Christen Shefchunas. These women will motivate and inspire you with their stories from life and running and working with Olympic level athletes.


During the weekend you will run and share your runs with the group sharing photos from your run and details about what you did. You will form connections with the other runners who are participating as you participate in great conversation about running and life. Once the retreat has ended you will join the Rise. Run. Retreat. Alumni group on facebook where you will meet other inspirational women and create connections that will last. All Virtual participants will receive a swag box in the mail prior to the retreat and discounts from our awesome sponsors!
