Treadmill Workouts for when you are stuck at home!

It’s a crazy time right now. Life as we know it has greatly changed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Most of us are stuck at home and if you are like me I am home alone with my kids which means for exercise you’ll be spending a ton of time on your treadmill.

The treadmill doesn’t have to be boring. There are ways to make it interesting and to get a quick and effective treadmill workout.

Here are some workouts that I have compiled for you from the internet in case you need some guidance as to how to spice things up on the dreadmill!

  3. These are great, thanks! I’ve been running up and down my road while my kids have recess. So far it’s been decent. 😉

  4. You probably know I am not a treadmill gal, but I am glad I have it as a (last) option. I usually have to do some kind of interval workout to make the time go quickly (and the faster intervals definitely get me to the finish faster LOL).

  5. I don’t usually use the treadmill, but these workouts are great. They may come in handy when i am getting back up to speed. 🙂
