Motivation Monday: #WhatsYourWhy? I run for Strength.
#WhatsYourWhy
As the Boston Marathon draws near I have been training hard, working to keep my body and mind strong and healthy and thinking a lot about what running this marathon means to me. I am working hard to focus on the positives of what this marathon will bring for me and my friends and family, the running community, the city of Boston and our country. I have gained incredible strength in the year since the tragedy at Boston occurred last year. I will need not only physical strength but inner strength, courage and resolve to be in the moment at the race and to just run.
I was very thankful to be given the opportunity to share why I run when I was asked by ProForm (The Official treadmill of the Boston Marathon) to share my, #WhatsYourWhy. I hope you will read about why I run and find some new motivation and inspiration on all of your runs.
Please read more on the ProForm BLOG about my why–I RUN FOR STRENGTH
#WhatsYourWhy? Please share your why on twitter by using the hashtag #WhatsYourWhy and also tag me @organicrunmom and @ProFormFitness. We’d love to hear more about why you run!
I hope you have an inspired run today!

Carla recently posted…Don’t compare you to…YOU.
You will find your why. It will find you on a run one day. I don’t know what I’d do without it!
