Get motivated and stay in shape! It’s time for my monthly fitness challenge round-up!
It’s finally May but their are still only hints of spring in New Hampshire. The sunshine occasionally teases us and invites us outside to play and then the cold raw weather returns. But I’m not going to let the lack of spring get me down. I’m ready to grab every nice or rainy day and to get outside whether its for a walk with my kids or to start waking the flowers and my gardens up from the long winter . . . oh and of course I still run (and will be riding and swimming soon!?!?).
I’ve been working on setting my new goals so I don’t lose my motivation. Now what about you? Do you have any new challenges or goals that you are working towards.
