It’s time to think about what to get that triathlon sweetie on your list. 2. Garmin Fenix 3, Sapphire, White Rose/Gold $599.00
This is definitely a splurge item but well worth the price tag! This watch has so many great features including the functions for tracking your swim workout. The fēnix 3 tracks your distance, pace, stroke count and more and you can set it to track laps for the distance of the pool that you are training in. You can set it to track open water swimming as well. The distance tracking is very accurate too (Check out this great review from DC Rainmaker). You can purchase one that monitors heart rate or you can use a heart rate strap. The Garmin fēnix 3 also has Multisport mode which means that it will transition from one sport to the next when you press the lap button. This is awesome for training and racing as you will be able to look at each part of your training or race in single segments when you are finished! This watch has many other fantastic features as well . . .
