Holiday Fit List for the Fitness Enthusiast
What’s on your holiday Fit List this year?
Here are some of my top picks for the fitness enthusiast on your holiday list this year.
*I was given the opportunity to review a Flip Belt by Fit Approach as a part of my affiliation with Fit Approach as a Sweat Pink Ambassador.
1. Flip Belt
Flip Belt is a cool tubular waistband perfect for carrying all of your essentials while you workout. This is actually my second Flip Belt and an accessory that I absolutely love for use at the gym or out on a run. I first discivered the Flip Belt at a Skirt Sports Skirt Chaser 5K in Denver, CO. This was the perfect accessory to wear later that year at the Marathon Around the Lake (where I qualified for Boston 2013!) The Flip Belt was excellent for carrying my ID and my car key during the race since I had gone to the race on my own as well as plenty of room to carry extra energy gels to keep me fueled during the marathon. The Flip Belt is great because it is lightweight and you wear it close to your body. Flip Belt is also great for workouts at the gym. You can store a couple of bucks for a drink at the end of your workout, your gym card, your iphone and more. I love array of bright colors available! Flip Belt will definitely be a hit for any fitness enthusiast. I am excited to be able to offer 15 customized coupon codes to share with friends/family/following for 33% off Flip Belt but the deal is this is a one time use code and in order to receive one you need to comment on my blog. Once I have handed out all 15 codes that’s it! So be sure to comment soon if you are interested!
2. Under Armour Escape Duffle
The Under Armour Escape Duffle is a great duffle for carting around all of your fitness gear. My favorite feature of this bag is the side laundry nook for storing dirty clothes. This pocket is also great fro a wet suit and towel after a swim or some shoes after a run. The Escape Duffle also has side mesh pockets which are perfect for storing your keys and phone while you workout. This bag also has a nice water-resistant finish. The bag comes in Neo Pulse (Pink) or black. I would definitely add this to my holiday Fit list!
3. SKIDA Hats
SKIDA hats are one of my favorite things and something that I think every runner should have. SKIDA hats are made in Vermont and come Alpine (lined with fleece) and Nordic unlined). These hats are my go to for sweaty outdoor winter workouts because they keep your head snug and warm and they are fun and fashionable too (even when you are not running, skiing, skating or whatever you like to do for winter fitness!). SKIDA even makes kids hats too!
4. SKRATCH Labs Exercise Hydration Mix
As an athlete being well hydrated is key. Skratch Labs Hydration Mix is my absolute favorite for keeping my electrolytes in balance when I am training. Skratch Labs comes in either single serving pouches or a multi-serving pouch. Flavors include the new Matcha Green Tea+ Lemons (with caffeine) and other yummy flavors such as with pineapples and with raspberries. Skratch Labs is, “flavored with only real fruit and containing no artificial colors or preservatives.” A perfect stuocking stuffer or list to add to your holiday fit list.
5. Skirt Sports Arm Warmers
Skirt Sports Arm warmers come in the same fabulous colors offered in their running and workout clothes line. Their arm warmers have a great gripper on the upper arm and run from the top of your bicep to your wrist. Arm warmers are perfect on cool days because they add additional warmth and are easy to take off when you warm up. Arm warmers can also add a little pop of color to your workout wardrobe!

Late post but do you have any codes left for the Flip Belt? I’d love to have one while training for my next half marathon. Thanks!
