*Disclaimer: I received the Rollga Roller and snacks from Nature’s Path for my review. All opinions expressed here are are my own.
Music to inspire: Genesis by Dua Lipa
Genesis by Dua Lipa is currently on heavy rotation in my treadmill and workout listening playlist. Her voice is soulful and the beat in the song just begs your body to get moving.
Roll it out with the Original Rollga Roller

The Original Rollga Roller for Runners and Athletes
There are so many great tools to use now for Myo-Fascial Release to help your body recover after a hard workout. I recently received the Original Rollga Roller to try. The Rollga is great for helping with neck and back pain, shin splints and plantar fasciitis, and IT Band therapy. This roller is set up with different zones that you can use to target different areas. The roller comes with a brief guide of different stretches and exercises that you can do and a strap for ease of carrying to your next race!

Inspiring Read–How the “Shalane Flanagan Effect” Works

If you watched the finish of the 2017 NYC Marathon you witnessed all of the hard work and dedication of Shalane Flanagan pay off as she won the women’s marathon. Runners everywhere were inspired by her running performance. She executed this race with perfection but the bigger story behind her run is what she has done to elevate women’s distance running in the United States by brining along other talented runners in her own quest for success. She is what defines a true leader and what women everywhere should hope to emulate. By working together with others to achieve your own personal success your success will be greater as will that of those who work together with you. This article is definitely worth the read!

I have a secret and slightly embarassing love of toaster pastries. I haven’t tried the Nature’s Path ones… hmmm. .. 😉
Oooh I’d love to try that Rollga! My back has been so tight since Vegas. Who knew Nature’s Path made toaster pastries? Not I!
I’m loving that our oldest daughter is home for the next 10 days from Pennsylvania, and the son comes home from college tomorrow (for the next week as well). That Rollga looks interesting!
I’m loving that I get to see my dad and brothers and mom in a few days!
I actually have a pretty big (half) week at work to get through before Thanksgiving, but I am looking forward to the holiday and all the pie.
Being CanaDian we’ve already celebrated Thanksgiving. However, I am looking forward to my daughter and husband’s birthday early Dec….followed by Christmas.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I love making and eating the food, and there’s no presents to have be stressed out about buying! Have a very Happy Thanksgiving! 🙂
I am loving the fact that my coworker is back from her medical leave, which means as we roll into the holidays, I’m not working all of those extra hours!
Those Nature’s Path treats look great! I need to look for them. 🙂
Did you just give me permission to eat pop tarts? I did not need another reason to love you but, there it is!!
So much greatness here 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving week!
I’m all about the upbeat music, especially at this time of the year when my motivation for working out is very difficult to find.
