What is Alkaline Water?
Alkaline Refers to the waters pH level. The pH in alkaline water is higher than in regular water. According to the website healthline, “some advocates of alkaline water believe it can neutralize the acid in your body.” The pH in alkaline water is 8 or 9.

Interesting! I often drink alkaline water after CrossFit, but I buy it. I had no idea there was a water bottle that would make it for me! Thanks for the review.

I’ve heard of alkaline water but I really don’t quite understand it. I should probably do more research because if it’s really better for you and they sell a bottle that alkalizes it, I should probably get one!
