One of the many reasons that I run is to get outside and to enjoy all of the beauty that the nature around me has to offer. When I go for a run in my town I run with mountains to one side of my and with the Connecticut River flowing by on the other side.  Just as this beautiful landscape reminds me about the importance of preserving the delicate environment around us I am also reminded of taking care of my body in the same way. That is one of the many reasons that I am very careful about what I choose to put into my body when I eat and also what I use to care for my body through beauty and freshening up routines.

Less is more. I believe in choosing products with fewer ingredients, as few (or no) additives as possible and ingredients that are good for your health and the environment in the way that they are produced. When it comes to skincare, I have always had very sensitive skin so I always opt for products that have a short ingredient list.   • Carry freshening wet wipes in your running bag to wipe the sweat away and refresh your face before you get to the shower.

  1. I would choose the Long Lasting Powder scent! I will be switching to Tom’s of Maine because I want to avoid the nasty chemicals in the current deodorant that I use! Thanks for an AWESOME giveaway!

  2. I would choose the Lasting Powder and would switch because of the ingredients. We use a handful of Tom’s products. I even have a little Tom’s of Main bag that I got YEARS ago and use it as my lunch bag!
