Feeling the need for a little boost to your mood? Here is a quick Top 5 Workout Playlist to help you turn up the volume on your training this week.  I am leading off with the new Justin Timberlake song might be my new favorite song for the summer. Nothing better than a little upbeat Justin Timberlake to get you dancing in the gym. I have to admit that when I am alone you may finding me dancing with a free weight as a microphone. Things didn’t workout out for the Acapella group that I had tried out for so I guess its back to singing in the gym and the car at the top of my lungs when no one is watching.

I have to admit I am having a hard time getting back into a good training rhythm for my Half Ironman Training Cycle. My body was definitely in need of some major down time after Boston. With the weather acting like a yo-yo its been tough to get out on my bike and my allergies and a nasty head cold shared with me by my kids has led to super low energy levels. But enough with the excuses! It’s time to get back in the sadddle (literally, on my bike) and get training! I have been fitting in bootcamp sessions although those have been kicking my butt since I missed about a month during the Boston taper, marathon and travel time.

If you see my training mojo can you send it back to New Hampshire?

I do have the ZOOMA Cape Cod Half coming up in the first week of June which I am ready for!
