Organic Runner Mom

Run Green. Eat Clean. Laugh Strong.

Taking small steps.

I am always too hard on myself. It’s true that we are our own worst enemies.

I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am not alone. I am thankful for everyone who has reached out to tell me it’s ok. That the way I am feeling is normal. Thank you. The support means everything.

New plan.

1. Talk about it.
2. Write about it.
3. Give myself time to heal.
4. Surround myself with positivity.
5. Acknowledge hard moments.
6. Celebrate and cherish the best moments.

  1. This is a very courageous side of you. You are a strong woman with so many loved ones. I smile every time I think of the beautiful family you’ve created and the adventure that you live. I wish you happiness and peace, Sandra.

    1. Thank you Nicolas. It is hard to put it all out there. Part of healing is to allow myself to be vulnerable. By being so honest I have found some relief in the comfort of knowing that others too feel the same as me. It can be so easy to hide and pretend everything is ok when it is not. Thank you for being there as a friend and for letting me know it will all be ok.
