Iris Impressions Kakkoii Wrap Dress
You probably didn’t know that I am a closet fashion lover. While I am usually dressed in some kind of spandex workout or running gear I actually have a great love for clothes for everyday wear and for getting dressed up and going out too. I was recently asked to pick out a dress from Iris Impressions. I decided to pick one of the more simple dresses that they offer but the dress that I picked is unique because it can be worn 40 different ways. The dress that I selected is the Iris Impressions Kakkoii Wrap Dress. I selected purple because I love rich jewel tones (and purple is a favorite of my daughter’s as well).
The Kakkoii dress came with an additional surprise, a pretty scarf that can be incorporated into the styles that you can wear. I have to admit that I am still trying to master some of the styles as there are so many different ones. The dress can be worn in more traditional ways such as a wrap with a high neck and an open draping back or as strapless or halter wrap. It can also be turned into a shawl or be worn as a cross over hooded top. Another easy style is the wrap skirt. Several of the styles are more casual and could actually be worn either as a swim cover up or a cover up after yoga or even to yoga class.
The Iris Impressions Wrap dress is made from a comfortable soft jersey that folds easily to style it into the different looks. I did find the material to be a little sheer so I wore it with a fitted camisole underneath and leggings. The fabric is 65% polyester and 35% viscose. This wrap dress is also great for sizes ranging from zero to 12. This dress would be fantastic to pack for a vacation because the material is very forgiving and easy to pack and does not take a lot of room in your suitcase. It would be especially great to bring along to your next warm weather vacation (which we will be needing once winter gets fully underway in New Hampshire!)
Which Iris Impressions Dress would you choose? Have you ever worn a convertible wrap style dress before? What is your favorite style of dress to wear?
