As we are moving in to February I am reflecting back on all of the healthy lifestyle changes that I have made towards becoming a healthier me and also towards reaching my goals. Part of staying healthy and reaching your goals is staying motivated. There are a lot of motivating online challenges every month that can help get you moving more and feeling great about yourself.   1. I’ve done challenges in the past. Some that stuck and others that didn’t. I’d like to do a walking streak for 30 days (in addition to whatever other workouts I do that day) because I think it’s a good way to start the morning. I often practically sprint over to my computer and start working without any kind of build up or way to ease into the day. The burpee and plank challenges would be too difficult for me since I’m dealing with shoulder impingement right now. 🙁
