What is your recipe for success to being a faster, stronger runner this spring?
Here are my ingredients (Hopefully this recipe will turn out just right and as I line up in the starting corral at the Boston Marathon everything will fall into place)
- Weight Training
- Core Training
- Tempo Runs
- Long endurance runs
- Hill Repeats: What every runner needs!
- Mountain Running and Racing
- Visualization: I am a strong and powerful runner
- Be a runner with my “running soul mates”
- A ton of sweat!!!!
