Here are my ingredients  (Hopefully this recipe will turn out just right and as I line up in the starting corral at the Boston Marathon everything will fall into place)

  2. Core Training
  3. Tempo Runs
  4. Speedwork
  5. Long endurance runs
  6. Hill Repeats: What every runner needs!
  7. Mountain Running and Racing
  8. Yoga
  9. Meditation
  10. Visualization: I am a strong and powerful runner
  11. Motivation
  12. Be a runner with my “running soul mates”
  13. Laughter
  14. A ton of sweat!!!!
And Repeat . . . And Repeat . . . And Repeat . . . 

Hopefully after all of this hard work putting in the miles the answer from the Magic 8 Ball will be one of these:
